At PC Sport SXS, we’re a privately owned small business based in Carter County, Missouri. Our mission is to provide high-quality kits and accessories you can trust. If there’s an issue with your order, we’re here to help.
Returns & Refunds
All returns for exchange or refund are subject to inspection and must meet the eligibility requirements listed below. Returns that do not meet these criteria may be denied.
Eligibility Requirements
- Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition.
- If an item has been opened, a minimum 15% restocking fee will apply.
- Items must show no signs of installation, use, tampering, or modification and must be returned in the same condition as received.
- All original PC Sport SXS components and parts included in the shipment must be returned, unless otherwise approved by customer service.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect item shipped).
Warranty
PC Sport SXS products are backed by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship.
- This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation, or modifications.
- Warranty coverage applies for the lifetime of the product.
- If you believe your product has a defect, please contact PC Sport SXS Customer Service, and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- You must contact PC Sport SXS Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Do not discard the damaged item or its original packaging.
- Photos of the damaged packaging and product will be required to file a claim with the carrier.
Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may prevent us from filing a claim, and we may be unable to offer a replacement or refund.
